17 runners had a ‘challenging’ and ‘undulating’ run around Vale Royal, Forest Chapel and Hardingland – well done everybody. It was good to spend time chatting and remembering our fellow runners Barry & Jenny before, during and after the run. It was lovely to see Gabby (with Clove and Oakley) in the cafe after the run .
