This morning 8 trail runners had a lovely 6 mile run from Nelson Pit car park in Higher Poynton along the canal and up into Lyme Park. There was plenty of mud and hills with the added bonus of kestrel and deer spotting. The forecast bad weather held off so conditions were perfect.Well done everyone, a great start to a Saturday!
