Today we had 12 D group runners out for a 'Mottram Loop' - lovely day (if a bit warm/humid) and excellent view, running, looping, banter & coffee. Well done all!

Saturday 21st May - Gawsworth Gavotte

The Start

9 D Group runners out today. A scenic route around Gawsworth & North Rode (visiting the church and also Bosley Locks). Very good running & looping!

Tuesday 17th May - Wincle Trout 'Recce'

Meeting place

Meet at 6.30pm at Danebridge (by the Wincle Brewery). Parking is limited so try to car-share if possible. For SatNav try SK11 0QE

We will run the route of the Wincle Trout fell race (with or without the river crossing - to be decided). It will take us about 1h20m.

Afterwards we will call at the Ryles Arms for a bite to eat and a drink (for those that can make it).

Car share from Bollin Valley CP at 6.00pm.

Saturday 14th May - Rudyard Lake

Team D Group

A select band of 6 D groupers out today (lots of people running the 3 Peaks in the afternoon). A really lovely sunny day for a run around Rudyard Lake.
