10k - Intermediate (12 weeks)
10 mile - Beginner (12 weeks)
10 mile - Intermediate (12 weeks)
Half Marathon - Intermediate (12 weeks)
Remember - a training plan is only a guide and whilst you should try to follow it you need to balance the sessions with the rest of your life. Change days around if you need to and never try to catch up after illness!
