Saturday 29th August: #1 Sponds #2 Forest 5 #3 Lyme Park

Today there were 3 runs.

Run #1 was a trip to Sponds Hill from Spuley Lane led by Andy B - 5 runners

Run #2 was a classic Forest 5 lead by Oscar T - 6 runners

Run #3 was a trip around Lyme Park and Bow Stones led by Neil G - 8 runners

Saturday 22nd August: #1 #2

Today there were three runs.

#1 - Alison led a route over Sponds Hill - 7 runners
#2 - Oscar led a run from the Cat & Fiddle down to Wildboarclough, up Shutlingsloe, across to Forest Chapel and back to the Cat & Fiddle - 3 runners
#3 - Neil led a route from Rushton Spencer up to Gun Hill via Heaton then back via Rudyard Lake - 6 runners

Saturday 15th August: #1 - Rainowlow #2 Wincle Trout #3 Gawsworth and Danes Moss

Today the trail group had 3 runs out with 18 runners in total taking part. 

#run 1 was a Rainow Low Round led by Andy, 
#run 2 was a Wincle Trout run minus the river crossing, led by Oscar and 
#run 3 was around Gawsworth and Danes Moss led by Mike. 

Three very different types of run and the conditions were perfect. Pictures of all 3 runs below and on FB.
