Saturday 28th April - Lyme Park Loop

A select 7 D Groupers looped round Lyme Park this morning. The 6.5 mile route included an optional detour to the Cage which everyone was keen to do. After last week’s lack of mud it was back to normal this week. Well run everyone.

Saturday 21st April - Fernilee Windgather

Today 10 D Groupers enjoyed some April sunshine for a run from Pym Chair, into Goyt Valley and via a gentle (according to Neil) climb back up to Windgather Rocks for a finish photo courtesy of Cheshire Police Rural Crime Unit. Well run everyone..

Saturday 14th April - Speed and Hills

Today 11 D group runners met at Clough Bank for some speed and hill games arranged by Alison Gunn​ and Melanie Whittaker​ (aka PL1 and PL2). There were donkeys, a times km and 'pyramid' hill reps on 'that hill'. Very impressive sub 7 min mile pace from a few people and also an impressive 60 second hill burst. All in all some excellent running ...now time for cake!
