Macclesfield Harriers Trail Group

A blog to keep the members of Macclesfield Harriers Trail Group (Saturday 9.00am Trail Running session) informed about our future runs. We run at a pace of 8m30s -11m00s/mile and have a standard run of about 4-6 miles (depends upon terrain) and also longer runs. Ideally you should be capable of running 5k in under 30 minutes to run with the Trail group. Saturday 23rd November - Macc Forest Meander

Today 12 D Trail runners managed to prove the weather forecast wrong and enjoyed a relatively dry 6 mile run around Macc Forest and Forest Chapel. Good looping and banter in lovely atmospheric conditions. Well done to Jo, Laura and Ali for running home afterwards.
