Today 15 runners were out for a run from Nelson Pit into Lyme Park and past The Cage on a pleasant but chilly spring morning. Hills, views and hardly any mud!

Today13 runners were out for a new route called the 4Bs - The Blaze, Billinge, Bollington Blast. Great weather and a route that had a bit of everything. Well done everybody.
