Macclesfield Harriers Trail Group

A blog to keep the members of Macclesfield Harriers Trail Group (Saturday 9.00am Trail Running session) informed about our future runs. We run at a pace of 8m30s -11m00s/mile and have a standard run of about 4-6 miles (depends upon terrain) and also longer runs. Ideally you should be capable of running 5k in under 30 minutes to run with the Trail group. Saturday 8th June - The Elephant 6

Today 11 D Trail runners enjoyed glorious summer sunshine (not) and tackled a new 6 mile route around Kerridge and Rainowlow to visit the Elephant Stone.

Excellent running and banter as usual. Afterwards a few of us headed off to meet E group to help David Jackson to celebrate his 80th birthday by eating lots of cake.
