Today the secret seven, undertook an enjoyable Twisted Hollins Hobble, in rather muggy warm conditions.
After a warm up, the group headed up the canal to Windmill street, via everyone's favourite bridge to run via the golf course onto the Hollins.
A fun decent into Langley, followed by a ginger ascent of a field of young cows and then down Judy Lane and into Sutton - watching out for herons - then through the village and back to the garden centre via Parvey lane for some well deserved refreshments.
