A blog to keep the members of Macclesfield Harriers Trail Group (Saturday 9.00am Trail Running session) informed about our future runs.
We run at a pace of 8m30s -11m00s/mile and have a standard run of about 4-6 miles (depends upon terrain) and also longer runs. Ideally you should be capable of running 5k in under 30 minutes to run with the Trail group. A select 7 D Groupers looped round Lyme Park this morning. The 6.5 mile route included an optional detour to the Cage which everyone was keen to do. After last week’s lack of mud it was back to normal this week. Well run everyone.
