Saturday 5th May is the date for the excellent Bollington 3 Peaks Fell Race (in the afternoon) and as all the leaders are either running or helping there will be no official club trail run on Saturday morning.
So - your options are:-
1. Do the Bollington 3 Peaks in the afternoon (CLICK HERE to enter)
2. Have a run on Friday night (6.30pm, Leisure Centre Overflow CP)
3. Do a parkrun (there are plenty to choose from)
4. Have a 'DIY' run
5. Rest
Normal service will be resumed next week!

A blog to keep the members of Macclesfield Harriers Trail Group (Saturday 9.00am Trail Running session) informed about our future runs. We run at a pace of 8m30s -11m00s/mile and have a standard run of about 4-6 miles (depends upon terrain) and also longer runs. Ideally you should be capable of running 5k in under 30 minutes to run with the Trail group.
