Today 11 D group runners met at Clough Bank for some speed and hill games arranged by Alison Gunn and Melanie Whittaker (aka PL1 and PL2). There were donkeys, a times km and 'pyramid' hill reps on 'that hill'. Very impressive sub 7 min mile pace from a few people and also an impressive 60 second hill burst. All in all some excellent running ...now time for cake!
