A blog to keep the members of Macclesfield Harriers Trail Group (Saturday 9.00am Trail Running session) informed about our future runs.
We run at a pace of 8m30s -11m00s/mile and have a standard run of about 4-6 miles (depends upon terrain) and also longer runs. Ideally you should be capable of running 5k in under 30 minutes to run with the Trail group. 10 D group runners out today (several people were away or running the ParkRun). A challenging route but well run by everybody. It was good to see Gemma Moorhouse back with us and also new group member Natalie Hewitt. Neil, Alison & Mel
