Today's run was an extended POP from the Bollin Valley car park, around Prestbury with a Tytherington extension.
As its two days before Macclesfield hosts the next 401 challenge and also the same day as the navigation course, there were options to shorten if required.
10 runners made it out for a lovely muddy run, heron and greenfinch were spotted as well as some brand new lambs.
Perfect Spring running, well done everyone!
