A cold start this morning for our slightly altered Cliff & Ridge run.
8 hardy runners turned out including one new D group runner, Jane Dow!
Poor conditions underfoot kept us off the ridge and the fields, but we still managed some fine running up those hills. Well, they are our friends, you know. Unfortunately, we ended up in the muddiest field you could possibly imagine, and that was Lindsey's downfall, literally! Oops, mud everywhere. Hope you've recovered Lindsey!
