Saturday 20th September - Teggs Nose Figure of Eight

The start
At 7.00am the weather was 'pants' but by 9.00am it had cleared and we had a very pleasant run around Teggs Nose. 7 hardy runners came along today.

This was a challenging route with over 1000' of ascent and some tricky terrain but up and down. I was extremely impressed with how much effort everybody put in ... there was some grinding of teeth on the 'ups'  and, like most fell runners, there were some choice discussions about bodily functions!

Well done, seriously well done - I reckon you will 'fly' next week on our 'flat-and-fast' run!

We came across this little fella...

I think he would eat anything!

A bit of road...

Alison and Anna - working very hard!
