Hello everyone
Today we had 13 hardy D groupers out for an undulating Teggs-Rainow-Lamaload loop. The mist and drizzle didn’t prevent us having good banter throughout.
There was some challenging terrain with lung busting ups and wet and tricky descends. With some as occasional looping and a pit stop for jelly babies in between the strong running - well done everyone.
Cake and refreshments were enjoyed after the run at Teggs nose cafe.
Next week is Forrest five recce.
