A bit of damp in the air did not stop 22 D group runners having a lovely
run around the Middlewood Way, Swanscoe, Kerridge. A bit of heron
spotting, lots of looping, banter & cake eating. Well run!Today we were joined by Dan Isherwood (England Athletics - Head of Insight & Performance Management) - he really enjoyed his run with us and may join the club. He passed on his thanks for the various conversations he had.
