| The start |
14 runners out today including 3 E group runners giving D a try (well done by the way!). The weather was perfect for running and the mud had that lovely supportive sticky quality (did I really say that). As this was the 'morning after' the D group party 'Mean Mel' was nice to everybody ...some great looping and banter. Well done everybody!
