Macclesfield Harriers Trail Group

A blog to keep the members of Macclesfield Harriers Trail Group (Saturday 9.00am Trail Running session) informed about our future runs. We run at a pace of 8m30s -11m00s/mile and have a standard run of about 4-6 miles (depends upon terrain) and also longer runs. Ideally you should be capable of running 5k in under 30 minutes to run with the Trail group. Saturday 17th December - Rudyard Christmas Romp

The Start

Today there were 30 D group runners out for a 'Rudyard Romp'. The mist stayed with us and the mud was, well, muddy but that did not dampen spirits. SOme great running, great banter, great looping and excellent post run mince pies/cakes & mulled wine.
