As most of the leaders are doing the Fell handicap on Sunday 11th (and a number of people are running the handicap or Yule Yomp), today will be a day where you can choose your own run.
Perhaps you might like to take the opportunity to get a few more club points at a ParkRun, or even volunteer.
Next week is the Christmas run so normal service will be resumed.
