Today on an overcast and quite soggy morning, 10 D groupers headed out along the Bollin Valley for a Banger of a run.
There was rain and there was mud, lots of mud, however kitted out in trails, jackets and mud claws the group kept a great pace for what was the first run of the year for most.
After swimming over the golf course, we headed across to Manchester road for the extension to the Prestbury loop and once we had negotiated the (muddy) wooded area it was steady all the way back along the Middlewood.
Brilliant running, well done everyone!
