Meeting Place

Meet at 9.00am in the Clough Bank Car Park for a short 3k session to help the C25K participants. The session will be 1.5km up the Middlewood Way and 1.5km back - the aim is to support the new runners as they tackle their first 3k.,

For those wanting a bit more of a run there will be options after the 3k session and we may hunt for a cafe afterwards.
