A blog to keep the members of Macclesfield Harriers Trail Group (Saturday 9.00am Trail Running session) informed about our future runs.
We run at a pace of 8m30s -11m00s/mile and have a standard run of about 4-6 miles (depends upon terrain) and also longer runs. Ideally you should be capable of running 5k in under 30 minutes to run with the Trail group. Saturday 8th August: #1 Vale Royal & Macc Forest #2 Gradbach & 3 Shires Head
Today there were two trail runs. #1 - Alison led 6 runners around Teggs Nose, Vale Royal and Charity Lane. #2 - Neil led 5 runners around Wildboarclough and Gradbach. Well done everybody.
