A blog to keep the members of Macclesfield Harriers Trail Group (Saturday 9.00am Trail Running session) informed about our future runs.
We run at a pace of 8m30s -11m00s/mile and have a standard run of about 4-6 miles (depends upon terrain) and also longer runs. Ideally you should be capable of running 5k in under 30 minutes to run with the Trail group. Today 15 Trail runners looked out of the window and saw dark, cold and rainy weather but still put running gear on for a 6.3 mile stomp around Gawsworth, North Rode and Bosley. Some very good running and banter today with 'self managed looping' - well done everybody!
