Macclesfield Harriers Trail Group

A blog to keep the members of Macclesfield Harriers Trail Group (Saturday 9.00am Trail Running session) informed about our future runs. We run at a pace of 8m30s -11m00s/mile and have a standard run of about 4-6 miles (depends upon terrain) and also longer runs. Ideally you should be capable of running 5k in under 30 minutes to run with the Trail group. Saturday 8th December - Terry's High 5 Club Run

Today the D Trail run was at the 'club recce' of the proposed 'Terry's High 5' route which will hopefully be a memorial fell run in the near future. Lots of club members out in super conditions.
