Today 19 brave souls looked out of the window at grey skies, rain and wind but still put trail shoes on for a 'tootle' around the Bow Stones race route. Everybody commented how much they enjoyed the first hill, and the second, and the third. Luckily the rain held off until we were at the highest point. Some great running/looping/banter on this 'undulating' route - well done to everybody and happy birthday to Michael!
