A blog to keep the members of Macclesfield Harriers Trail Group (Saturday 9.00am Trail Running session) informed about our future runs.
We run at a pace of 8m30s -11m00s/mile and have a standard run of about 4-6 miles (depends upon terrain) and also longer runs. Ideally you should be capable of running 5k in under 30 minutes to run with the Trail group. This morning 10 Trail Runners were out for a cold and snowy jaunt around Fernilee and Windgather. Some lovely autumn colours & by the end the snow had cleared & it had warmed up to a balmy 2 degrees! Well done everyone.
