Today 16 D Trail runners and guests from weekday B/C/D group met for a 'recce' of the new Langley 7 route which is interestingly just over 8 miles and does not visit Langley (minor details). Absolutely brilliant running, looping, chatting from everybody (and everybody got round OK). The weather was superb for the run...all in all a good start to a Saturday morning.
