Today 12 D group trail runners enjoyed a 6 mile loop around Lyme Park
& Birchencliff in lovely autumn conditions. A tough little route
with the odd 'undulation' thrown in. Excellent banter and looping (thank
you). Sadly the cafe was not open when we finished so the 'cake
voucher' we have will need to be used another week
