Macclesfield Harriers Trail Group

A blog to keep the members of Macclesfield Harriers Trail Group (Saturday 9.00am Trail Running session) informed about our future runs. We run at a pace of 8m30s -11m00s/mile and have a standard run of about 4-6 miles (depends upon terrain) and also longer runs. Ideally you should be capable of running 5k in under 30 minutes to run with the Trail group. Saturday 4th November - Congleton ParkRun (run or volunteer)

Congleton ParkRun

Today the D group run is the Congleton ParkRun (Astbury Mere). There are several reasons for this..

1. It is the 'graduation run' for the latest group of C25K graduates and E group will be there

2. It is the same day as Langley 7 (in the afternoon) so it is a good opportunity to volunteer .

Please try to come along to support the new 'couchies' (and have a run if you are not doing Langley or volunteer if you are doing Langley).

Coffee will be in the car park or at the small cafe.
