Today 13 D groupers did the Sutton reservoir Loop in warm and sometimes sunny conditions.
After a warm up in the car park, the group set out at pace up the canal to Fools Nook. The obligatory bridge pic taken, the group ascended "that hill" and then down to the entrance to Sutton Reservoir. Some nettle and blackberry foliage was required before a bit of a mud mince, through the copse and into the fields at the back of Sutton.
A last ascent up Parvey lane and a great paced finish back to the garden centre for refreshments and some rather good looking cakes.
Really well done everyone some great effort put in and lots of smiles.
