Macclesfield Harriers Trail Group

A blog to keep the members of Macclesfield Harriers Trail Group (Saturday 9.00am Trail Running session) informed about our future runs. We run at a pace of 8m30s -11m00s/mile and have a standard run of about 4-6 miles (depends upon terrain) and also longer runs. Ideally you should be capable of running 5k in under 30 minutes to run with the Trail group. Saturday 12th August - Mottram Mud Run with possible extensions

Today 25 D group runners were out for an extended Mottram Mud Run. We managed to dodge the showers and there was some excellent looping. Welcome back to Karl Downing & MaryAnn Downing - a lovely way to start the day!
