A blog to keep the members of Macclesfield Harriers Trail Group (Saturday 9.00am Trail Running session) informed about our future runs.
We run at a pace of 8m30s -11m00s/mile and have a standard run of about 4-6 miles (depends upon terrain) and also longer runs. Ideally you should be capable of running 5k in under 30 minutes to run with the Trail group. Saturday 10th June - Congleton ParkRun (support C25K runners)
A number of D groupers, Anna, Rachel, Vanessa, Lindsey and Julie (and Bella, Julie's dog) ran the Congleton Park Run. Braving the wind and rain, the D groupers supported the most recent couch to 5K graduates.
