Saturday 27th May - Canal Capers

Today 15 D Grouper's set out from the Skate Park in Bollington on a warm humid morning, for a few canal capers. After a viaduct "warm up" ( we were already warm from the step climb ) the groups headed out on the Middlewood Way to Wood Lane ends, where we crossed over to the canal.

A tiny shower and a three heron spot, provided some respite, as we made our way back up the canal to just before Clarence Mill, where we crossed back to The Middlewood Way to finish.

A slightly shorter route this week as there was some danger of melting, however a lovely group and well ran.
