Saturday 22nd October - Langley 7 recce

The start
Today 21 D group runners were out for a 'recce' of the Langley 7 route. Some excellent running (with PB distances for Joanne and Suzanne).

The weather was good and we welcomed Julian and Jo along (event organisers).
