Saturday 15th October - Redesmere Ramble

The Start
Today there were 21 D group runners out on a lovely autumn morning to try out a new route - the Redesmere Ramble. This is a mix of lanes, paths, fields & woods around Redesmere and Capesthorne.

The group ran well will plenty of looping/banter and the cake stop at the end was excellent.
