Macclesfield Harriers Trail Group

A blog to keep the members of Macclesfield Harriers Trail Group (Saturday 9.00am Trail Running session) informed about our future runs. We run at a pace of 8m30s -11m00s/mile and have a standard run of about 4-6 miles (depends upon terrain) and also longer runs. Ideally you should be capable of running 5k in under 30 minutes to run with the Trail group. Saturday 3rd September - Rainowlow meets Nancy

The start

Today 13 D group runners met at Jackson Lane CP for a run around Rainowlow, Rainow and Kerridge. We had two new runners with us this week (Karl & MaryAnn). The group worked well today despite some challenging 'undulations'...and the best thing is that we got back just before the rain got too heavy.
