A blog to keep the members of Macclesfield Harriers Trail Group (Saturday 9.00am Trail Running session) informed about our future runs.
We run at a pace of 8m30s -11m00s/mile and have a standard run of about 4-6 miles (depends upon terrain) and also longer runs. Ideally you should be capable of running 5k in under 30 minutes to run with the Trail group. Today 15 D group runners (including new member Heather) met at the Skate Park for a run around the fields around Whiteley Green. We had mud, we had cows and even the 'horse-dog'. Well run everybody - the coffee/cake afterwards was (as usual) well deserved).
