Saturday 26th September - Bridges Ridges and Canals

The start
13 runners out today in cool but sunny conditions. A mix of road, trail, fields, bridges and canal - good running including a 'full ascent' of Neil's Hill' to the top.

The run was rewarded with lots of cake provided by Dawn Devine for Macmillan - thanks Dawn!
