Today (Saturday 4th
July) there were 3 D Trail groups of 6 runners out – Group #1 on a Rainow Loop
(with Alison G), Group #2 out on a Forest Loop (with Oscar T leading his first

Everybody maintained the necessary ‘social distance’ and carried suitable kit for

A blog to keep the members of Macclesfield Harriers Trail Group (Saturday 9.00am Trail Running session) informed about our future runs. We run at a pace of 8m30s -11m00s/mile and have a standard run of about 4-6 miles (depends upon terrain) and also longer runs. Ideally you should be capable of running 5k in under 30 minutes to run with the Trail group. If you want to try out the Saturday group contact group leader Neil Gunn at neil.gunn@gmail.com or just come along for a run!
