A blog to keep the members of Macclesfield Harriers Trail Group (Saturday 9.00am Trail Running session) informed about our future runs.
We run at a pace of 8m30s -11m00s/mile and have a standard run of about 4-6 miles (depends upon terrain) and also longer runs. Ideally you should be capable of running 5k in under 30 minutes to run with the Trail group. This misty, damp Saturday morning we had 12 runners out for a hilly run from Rainow around Vale Royal, Lamaload and Yearns Low. The mist dampened the views but not our spirits! Well done everyone, great running!
