Saturday 27th July - Wincle 5

Today 16 D group trail runners ignored the weather forecast and came out for a circuit that covered most of the Wincle Trout route. In the end the weather was fine...cooler and a bit of drizzle. Great running, good looping (although Harry says we can do better). All in all a good morning out and a fine start to the weekend!

Saturday 20th July - Lamaload Loop

Today 10 D Trail runners were out for an undulating route around Rainow, Vale Royal and Yearn's Low.

We were lucky to avoid the torrential rain (although we suspect Andy, Kelly and Anna did get a bit wet on their way home).

The views were great and the 'good deed of the day' was the rescue of a riggwelter (google it). Well done everybody.
