A blog to keep the members of Macclesfield Harriers Trail Group (Saturday 9.00am Trail Running session) informed about our future runs.
We run at a pace of 8m30s -11m00s/mile and have a standard run of about 4-6 miles (depends upon terrain) and also longer runs. Ideally you should be capable of running 5k in under 30 minutes to run with the Trail group. If you want to try out the Saturday group contact group leader Neil Gunn at neil.gunn@gmail.com or just come along for a run!
Today 10 runners did an atmospheric 5.5 mile Rainow Romp. The route took in plenty of mud, Rainowlow, Harrop Fold, Hedge Row and returned to Rainow via Ingersley Vale. Well done everyone.
