A blog to keep the members of Macclesfield Harriers Trail Group (Saturday 9.00am Trail Running session) informed about our future runs.
We run at a pace of 8m30s -11m00s/mile and have a standard run of about 4-6 miles (depends upon terrain) and also longer runs. Ideally you should be capable of running 5k in under 30 minutes to run with the Trail group. Saturday 18th May - Lyme Park parkrun (club champs) plus extension
Today we did the Lyme Park Parkrun which was part of the club championship. Afterwards a grand total of 3 trail runners did a 4 mile extension around the park featuring Lantern Wood & Bowstones. Well run everyone.
