Macclesfield Harriers Trail Group

A blog to keep the members of Macclesfield Harriers Trail Group (Saturday 9.00am Trail Running session) informed about our future runs. We run at a pace of 8m30s -11m00s/mile and have a standard run of about 4-6 miles (depends upon terrain) and also longer runs. Ideally you should be capable of running 5k in under 30 minutes to run with the Trail group. Saturday 18th August - Canal & Kerridge caper!

Today 15 D group runners headed out for a 'caper' around Kerridge and Rainow...good trails, brilliant weather and excellent looping. Welcome to new group member Andrew. Well done everybody.

It was good to see Harry in the Waterside Cafe afterwards (he had done 13.1 miles).
