Today 22 D group runners headed off from the Skate Park on a 5.4 mile
Swanscoe Loop. This week a number of E group runners came along to try a
D group run and everybody did really well. We hope to see you again on
more D runs (Wed/Fri/Sat). The weather was mixed - damp, grey and very
muddy. The run ended in true Macc Harriers style with lots of cake
provided by E group as part of their fund raising 'Elf Run' - thanks to
