Today 11 D group runners were out for an 'undulating' Swanscoe & 'Nancy Hug' route led by Dave Larkin
& Steve Barker (all usual D leaders were tapering, away or
crocked). Many thanks to Dave & Steve for stepping in to lead. The weather
was perfect and the spirits high....and towards the end we attempted
what we think is the first 'Nancy Hug' (video on Facebook). Post run
refreshments were taken at Cafe Waterside.Leaders: David Larkin & Stephen Barker
