Today 21 D Group runners set off on a cold and crisp morning for a varied Bridges Ridges and Canals route.After a brisk warm up, the hardy crew set off to the Middlewood Way, then across the canal to the Cenotaph at Kerridge, for an ascent of "Neil's Hill".
After a quick re-group at the top, we made our way across Windmill Lane and down to Swanscoe. An ascent and a flood crossing at Well Lane then it was back to the canal via Hurdsfield road.
Next stop Delamere Drive and through a very muddy "shortcut", back onto the Middlewood Way and the home straight.
